3 DOWNLOAD POLICY
For materials made available to download for offline study. By downloading videos/audio/pdf’s from the site, you agree to the following terms:

• Downloads are permitted solely for personal offline study.

• Downloaded videos may not be shared, uploaded, reproduced, redistributed, sold, or otherwise made available to any third party in any form (including but not limited to YouTube, social media platforms, file-sharing sites, or messaging groups).

• Circumventing download limits or DRM measures constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

4 SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. At which time, your access will be to the platform will be revoked.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

5 COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA POLICY
Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Grant Drums copyrighted material (including posting lessons on YouTube or other platforms) constitutes copyright infringement and may result in account termination, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
